About Madison
My yoga journey began during a time of heartbreak and grief in my life. Yoga became the constant I could lean on—the steady ground beneath me when everything else felt uncertain. When heartbreak and uncertainty visited me once again, I returned to my mat, and this time yoga brought an unexpected and beautiful gift: my puppy, Luna. She became my light at the end of a dark tunnel and, in many ways, my greatest teacher.
Through this journey, I was also gifted the path of becoming a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, deepening not only my practice but my desire to support others in their own healing and growth.
Lunar Illumination was born during the COVID-19 pandemic—a time filled with collective uncertainty and transformation. I felt called to offer the same sense of grounding, support, and light that yoga had given me. My intention has always been to create a safe, nurturing space where others can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and feel supported exactly where they are.
As my path continued to evolve, I followed my passion for whole-person wellness and became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This work allows me to support individuals on a deeper level—looking beyond physical health to honor the connection between body, mind, lifestyle, and spirit. Through personalized wellness coaching, I help others cultivate sustainable habits, nourishment, and self-care practices that align with their unique lives and goals.
Today, I offer both yoga and wellness coaching services, supporting clients in finding balance, healing, and empowerment from the inside out. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that wellness is not one-size-fits-all.
I dedicate my practice and my business to my supportive family, friends, teachers, and especially to Luna—for being the constant reminder of light, love, and resilience.
